The Challenge
Once employed, neurodivergent youth, such as those on the autism spectrum, can be amazing employees. However, sometimes they can find it challenging to regulate their emotions and keep calm while on the job.Our Solution
KF-Stride Into Work teaches strength-based coping strategies customized to each student so they can practice throughout the day to keep calm when stressed. Students watch engaging animated web-based videos and practice their skills with simulated scenarios.
